Welcome to the City of Murrieta EMS Subscription Program.
I Need Help
You are electing to pay the annual voluntary subscription fee to protect against
out-of-pocket expenses related to emergency care provided by the Murrieta Fire Department.
A subscription will be effective for the calendar year from January
1 to December 31.
Please click on the "Register" tab on the left to enroll your household or business
in the subscription program and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
To register your household the head of household will need to provide their name,
address, contact phone numbers and email addresses as well as their date of birth
and last four digits of their social security number for identification purposes.
Additionally, the head of household will need to register all the dependents they
desire to have covered under the program. The name and date of birth will need to
be provided for each dependent registered. The annual cost of the household subscription
To register a business or care facility the representative will need to provide
the business name, address, contact person(s) with contact phone numbers and email
addresses. Entities enrolled under this category will have a subscription covering
all part and full time employees of the business. The cost of the annual subscription
will vary depending upon the size of the business as measured by the number of part
and full time employees as follows:
1 to 10 employees:
11 to 25 employees:
26 to 75 employees:
76 or more employees:
Once the registration has been completed the applicable subscription can be paid
by credit card or by check. Please follow the prompts to complete the payment for
